- Please provide accurate contact details so we can confirm your appointment.
- If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as early as possible.
- We may decline or reschedule a booking where a slot is unavailable.
3. Products, orders and payment
- Product prices and availability are shown on our website and may change without notice.
- Placing an order is an offer to purchase; we confirm acceptance when we process the order.
- Payment terms and accepted methods are presented at checkout.
4. Chat assistant
Our Messenger assistant is automated and powered by AI. It is provided for convenience and general information only. Replies may be incomplete or inaccurate and do not constitute professional, medical, or dermatological advice.
