Data Deletion Instructions
Beauty Pharm (Labspa) respects your right to control your personal data. This page explains what data we hold when you interact with us on Facebook Messenger and how to have it deleted.
What we store
When you chat with our Messenger assistant, we store:
- Your Facebook page-scoped ID (PSID) — an identifier for your conversation with our Page.
- The recent messages exchanged with the assistant (kept only briefly and automatically trimmed).
- Any appointment details you provide during the conversation (name, phone, service, time).
How to request deletion
You can have your data erased in either of these ways:
Option 1 — Remove our app from Facebook (automatic)
Go to your Facebook Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites, find Beauty Pharm, and remove it. Facebook will notify us automatically and our system will delete the conversation data associated with your account.
Option 2 — Contact us directly
Email us at makeup@beautypharm.co.ke or message us with the words "delete my data". Please send this from, or reference, the same account you used so we can identify your records. We will delete your data and confirm within 30 days.
Developers / Meta review: our automated Data Deletion Callback endpoint is
available at https://www.beautypharm.co.ke/legal/data-deletion/callback/. It validates the
signed request and returns a confirmation code and a
status URL.
